We created, tested and introduced new users' module in bmdoc system. Below a short description of new module and just now we invite to test and comment it.

Main idea of this module is to enable users to cooperate in editing the document. In short: we can give others a chance to coedit our documentations, books or other documents created by means of bmdoc. Module consists of simple three-staged mechanism: demand for access to the user's documents -> acceptation of this demand -> giving rights to coedit the document.

Sounds easy? So now some more details... If a user wants to co edit a document created by us all he needs to do is send a 'demand for access' using 'your demands for access' link. There he writes our login/e-mail. We can accept or rejects this demand (using 'demands from others') after receiving it. If we accept it all we have to do is give him rights to co edit our document using 'users' rights' link. When we do it - chosen document will be on his list of duments and he will be able to co edit this document with us.

It is worth noticing that the user of the document has other very important rights such as: taking away the rights to the document from users, withdraw the acceptation to 'demand for access' to our documents or check the status of our 'demands for access' (new/accepted/rejected). We invite you to the first tests of new module bmdoc.com.
